Recipe to make Gond ke Laddu after delivery
Key Ingredients
- Gond (Dink) – ½ cup
- Dry Fruits (almonds, cashews, pista, dates) – 1 cup
- Ghee
- Sugar (powdered) – 3 cups
- Maida – 3 cups
- Elaichi – 5 to 6nos
- Dry Coconut – 1

Gond Ke Laddu Preparation
- Step 1. In a saucepan heat ¼ tbsp of ghee and then add the gond to the hot ghee.
- Step 2. Gond will puff when a generous amount of ghee is used on a medium flame.
- Step 3. Keep on stirring and frying till all the ghee is absorbed by the gond. Keep puffed gond aside to cool.
- Step 4. Crush the gond by using a mixer or with the base of a cup. Remove the crushed gond to a bowl.
- Step 5. Now take the remaining ghee and add to the pan, fry chopped almonds, and cashews until golden brown. Now add grated dry coconut and fry lightly. Once done keep the mixture aside to cool.
- Step 6. Add 3 – 4 tbsp of ghee to the pan and heat up. Now add maida and saute on a medium flame until it turns golden brown. Once done, turn off the gas.
